Understanding the specific needs of older adults through research and community engagement. We conducted surveys, held focus groups, and collaborated with local organizations to identify the most pressing challenges faced by the elderly. This foundational work allowed us to design targeted programs and initiatives that addressed these issues effectively. 

One of our first major initiatives was the Golden Women’s Retreat, a program designed to bring older women together to share experiences, learn new skills, and reconnect with their communities. The success of this retreat demonstrated the power of creating spaces where older adults could feel valued, supported, and empowered. Over time, Today and Beyond expanded its reach, developing additional programs and partnerships to support the aging population.
